What you'll be doing?- Manage job postings: Oversee and prioritize requests from various departments, ensuring timely fulfillment of qualified resources.
- Handle contracts: Facilitate renewals, extensions, and terminations, adhering to timelines and compliance requirements.
- Lead vendor relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and internal stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.
- Oversee contractor lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end process from onboarding to offboarding, creating a seamless experience for all parties.
- Ensure timely payments: Supervise payment processes, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams for accurate settlements.
- Maintain data integrity: Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations across all regions.
- Develop team members: Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within your team.
- Improve processes: Identify opportunities to streamline contractor management and implement best practices.
- HR operations expert: 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, contractor management, or talent acquisition, with leadership responsibilities.
- Recruitment process knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and vendor management in multinational environments.
- Regulatory expertise: Deep knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regulations. Experience in China, Hong Kong, and SEA markets is a plus.
- Multitasking pro: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Problem solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address contractor-related issues effectively.
- Procurement savvy: Knowledge of procurement processes related to staffing services.
- Tech-friendly: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly SAP Fieldglass.
- Certified professional: HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is preferred.
