Meyson Jewellery is a renowned local jewellery brand that has been established since 1961.

In 2002, Meyson group acquired a freehold 4 storey building and named it Meyson Holding, House of Jewels to serve as both corporate headquarters and showroom.

Located at Level 1, the showroom features exclusive designs and a professional jewellery care and service centre.

To date, it has a total of 6 boutiques in Singapore (Bugis Junction, Parkway Parade, NEX, Joo Chiat Complex and Lavender).

1. Store Operations

• Learn day-to-day store operations
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Handle cashiering, POS systems, and customer transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Learn sales techniques and product knowledge to drive revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.

1. Team Supervision & Leadership

• Shadow store managers and assist in staff scheduling.
• Train and guide retail associates under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies.

1. Merchandising & Inventory Control

• Assist in product displays.
• Learn stock ordering, receiving, and auditing processes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience with international brand.
2. Prior experience in the following areas:

1. Training and coaching staffs.
2. Employee review and appraisal.
3. Counselling staff.

1. Need to proficient in English, Chinese and Malay
2. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
3. Ability to build long term customer relationships.
