Site Manager (C&S/Archi) - Toa Payoh

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction and architectural activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and technicians
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement effective problem-solving strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
• Develop and implement site-specific health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and cost analyses
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction and architectural processes and practices

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction and architectural industry
• Project experience in landed residential and renovation projects, and addition & alteration (A&A) works are highly advantage.
• Strong technical understanding of civil/structural engineering and architectural principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
