About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR professional to join our team as a HR Business Partner supporting the Nursing portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with Nursing Leadership and key stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives across manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the Nursing team, including advisory on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Partner Nursing Leadership and Clinical Operations on manpower planning, deployment strategies, and workforce optimisation
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to professional registration and licensing
Contribute to Nursing Manpower Planning and Recruitment Workgroups to develop effective resourcing strategies
Support outreach initiatives and talent pipeline development, including scholarships and sponsorship programmes
Serve as Secretariat for HR-related meetings and prepare minutes
Partner Centres of Excellence and relevant stakeholders to support key HR initiatives and projects
Participate in workforce planning initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
At least 1 year of HR experience in a hospital setting (Nursing portfolio preferred)
