about the job- You'll play a key role in supporting the Head of Finance, overseeing all financial functions to ensure the business runs smoothly and all reporting requirements are met.
- Managing monthly financial closing, P&L reporting, and ensuring daily compliance with MAS regulations.
- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of MAS reporting
- Supporting financial planning activities, including the annual budget process and reviewing monthly P&L reports.
- > 10 years of experience in similar capacity, handling Regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with a keen ability to solve problems
- Hands-on and IT savvy, comfortable working with multiple systems
- Ability to work under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines
- Previous leadership or people management experience would be an added advantage
