Business Operations Intern

• Location: Singapore, Island wide (Hybrid – On-site & WFH)
• Pay: S$800/month (Incentives/bonuses will be rewarded for performance)

• At Advent Suites, we don’t believe in coffee-running interns. You’ll be working directly on real operations that impact revenue, customers and projects.
• If you want to understand how a startup in property management & leasing actually runs — from project management, sales, marketing, finance— this role gives you the full exposure.
• Everything will be taught. What we look for is drive, pro-activeness, and the willingness to step up.

What You’ll Be Trusted With

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full operations cycle:

• Managing and coordinating on-site renovation projects
• Conducting rental viewings and closing prospective tenants
• Onboarding tenants and managing tenant relations
• Handling customer service and resolving issues professionally
• Recording sales and expenses into Xero (basic bookkeeping exposure)
• Supporting daily operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks

You won’t just observe — you’ll execute.
