Salary Offer - SGD2500 up to SGD7000

Role Description:

Oversee the architectural aspects of the design development and production. You will coordinate with various key roles such as clients, engineers, designers, technical staff and consultants to ensure smooth design/budget management and goals are met.

Specific Responsibilities:

Willing to work in Singapore
Prepare relevant technical architectural and construction drawings presentations and tender documents.
Responsible for managing authorities, architectural/budgetary aspects of projects
Participate in all project phases, including design development, construction documents and production, cost control and material sourcing.
Attend client/consultants and site meetings.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and other relevant key roles.
Supervise & guide architectural interns.
Any other duties assigned by the company.

Competencies to learn:

Creative in design & good communication skills and active participation and contribution in critical project phases such as design development, strategic planning processes and cost management/efficiency.
Ability to supervise site, manage ongoing projects and coordinate various key roles in design development, project timeliness and ensure that it is within budget.
3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred but not required Gain experience with related fields (carpentry, construction, interior design).
Ability to produce 2D drawings and 3D images, CAD and rendering packages.
Gain experience in (managing) authorities' submissions and preparing tender documents.
Professionally engage and liase with clients/consultants.
