About the role

We're looking for an Ad Hoc Assistant Student Care Officer to join our vibrant team at SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED. In this casual role, you will provide quality care and enriching experiences for children attending our student care centres.

With a focus on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the students, you'll be responsible for supervising their daily activities, facilitating engaging programs, and supporting their social and educational development.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and monitor students during before and after-school care hours
Facilitate educational, recreational, and enrichment activities (both indoor and outdoor) to support the students' overall development
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students in your care
Maintain a clean and organised environment in the student care centre
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
