Operations Coordinator (Chinese speaking environment)

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a well-organized, professional environment

• Communicate with customers (including English-speaking clients)
• Follow up on customer needs and after-sales matters
• Ensure a high standard of service experience

• Assist in organizing and executing expert-led sessions
• Support on-site coordination, logistics, and client experience

• Maintain and organize sales and customer records
• Support administrative and basic finance coordination

• 1+ year experience in retail, service, or customer-facing roles

• Able to communicate in English and Chinese
• Strong execution ability with attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
• Able to perform Excel/ Word
• Need to rotate to work on weekend

• Direct exposure to business operations and client management
• Opportunity to develop into senior operations or store leadership roles
• Hands-on experience in events, customer engagement, and service systems

• 整理销售及客户数据
• 协助行政及基础财务对接工作

• 1年以上零售、服务或客户相关经验

• 能使用中英文进行沟通
• 具备良好的执行力与细致度
• 主动、可靠、愿意学习
• 熟悉基本电脑操作（Excel / Word），可进行简单数据整理
• 新加坡公民或永久居民优先。
• 周末轮班制
