Job Description:
The Finance Operations Executive ensures that all post-course activities are completed in line with internal and external compliance requirements. This role focuses on reviewing training records, validating documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting for each course run.

Working closely with both training operations and finance teams, the role requires strong attention to detail, good coordination abilities, and a commitment to maintaining process integrity.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Working Location: 158 Kallang Way, Singapore 349245, #03-05
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate post-course documents such as attendance records, assessments, feedback forms, and trainer reports.
- Ensure all documentation meets internal compliance standards before submission to the Finance team for invoicing and payment processing.
- Coordinate with the Training Support and Operations teams to address missing or incomplete information.
- Maintain and update internal trackers and compliance checklists for all training runs.
- Assist in preparing compliance summaries and reports for management review.
- Support the preparation of audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely issuance of tax invoices and accurate payment records.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of post-course validation processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong eye for detail and a systematic approach to work.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with documentation handling, compliance processes, or quality checks is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other tracking tools
