Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting the Chief Risk and Sustainability Officer (Risk & Sustainability Office) in managing Enterprise Risk Management, annual Sustainability Report, and Business Continuity Management.
Act as Secretariat for Board Sustainability Committee and Management Steering Committees
Manage company's Data Protection Trust Mark and Eco-office Certifications
Liaise with various departments and preparation of various reports and dashboards in relation to the above.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of data collected from various sources to be verified later by Internal Auditor.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Conversant in Microsoft Words, Powerpoint and Excel.
At least 1 year(s) of hands-on working experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability Management and Business Continuity Management are required for this position.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Good with numerics and attention for details.
