Admin & Operations Support

We are a bookshop supply chain seeking a proactive and energetic personnel to support our operations.

Operations Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations
• Prepare and process documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and payment advice
• Coordinate and monitor stock, stationery, and inventory supplies
• Assist in packing, checking, and distribution of items to outlets or departments
• Maintain proper filing and record management systems
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments on operational matters
• Support logistics coordination and event setup when required
• Perform general office duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Responsible, meticulous, and team-oriented
• Prior administrative or operations experience will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of administrative/logistic experience
• Energetic, independent, and shows initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Ang Mo Kio
• May require occasional Saturdays at year-end, depending on workload
