Job Responsibilities:
- To provide relevant support and assistance to the Management Team for SG & MY Company
- To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management
- Upload product price list to SG / Msia Sales
- Daily administration of front desk duties.
- E-Invoice submission for accounts team
- Ensure tasks are completed promptly and with attention to detail
- Support general administrative duties as required
Requirements :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously & quick witted
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 3pm
