Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide relevant support and assistance to the Management Team for SG & MY Company
  • To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management
  • Upload product price list to SG / Msia Sales
  • Daily administration of front desk duties.
  • E-Invoice submission for accounts team
  • Ensure tasks are completed promptly and with attention to detail
  • Support general administrative duties as required

Requirements :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new software
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously & quick witted
