Job Type: Full-Time Position in Singapore

You need to be Singaporean or have a valid work pass for Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional environment
• Assist with patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries
• Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Support clinicians with patient preparation, including preparing treatment rooms
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, payment processing, and clinic inventory
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and follow-up procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic space in line with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must be Singaporean or with valid work pass!
• Previous experience in a medical or clinic setting preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills and record-keeping
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy clinic environment
• Compassionate, reliable, and with a strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English and local languages such as Chinese and Bahasa; additional languages are a plus
