Company Overview
CITY SATAY (FOOD INDUSTRIES) PTE LTD manufactures satay, yakitori, and BBQ food products, serving local and export markets with quality frozen meat products and related food items. We have started a new company (CITY PRIME PTE LTD) to manage the distribution, export and warehousing of products from City Satay and other companies.
Job Summary
Looking for a Business Operations Manager to manage administration, and collaborate with the Factory Manager and Managing Director to supervise operations at a new 2500ft facility. Oversee inventory, logistics, and distribution to support local and export food manufacturing customers.We are looking for someone to support the setup and running of the business.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement core operating procedures for HR, accounts, inventory management, product check-in/check-out, and export management
- Prepare daily sales orders and coordinate timely, accurate dispatch of frozen meat products for driver pickup
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor stock levels and adjust daily inventory to meet operational demands
- Supervise company operations 5.5 days per week, ensuring smooth workflow and adapting to operational needs
- Lead and support growth of the logistics and export company through effective administration management and process improvements
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience, preferably in Manufacturing or Food and Beverage sectors
- Proficient in basic administration tools including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Email
- Valid Singaporean PR, Singaporean Citizen status, or valid Work-pass to comply with employment regulations
- Completed secondary school equivalent education
- Competent in understanding basic related Government organisations including SFA and SCDF
- Experience with HR and Accounts processes for Singapore Government systems such as Singpass and Corepass
- Available to start immediately or in the coming weeks
