Sales Admin (Contract | Central | Up to $3500) - Bukit Merah

The Opportunity:

1. 6 months Contract Role (Subjected to conversion depending on business needs)
2. 5 days work week M- F 8.30am to 5.30pm
3. Basic up to $3500 (Depending on experience)+ 0.5 end of contract bonus

The Job:

• Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders, import/export documents) through internal system
• Maintain and update sales records
• Liaise with various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and warehouse) to ensure smooth delivery

The Talent:

• Minimum Higher Nitec with 1 years of sales support experience
• Familiar with incoterms and sea shipping
• Experience handling PO/DO and order processing
• Good communication skills
