Position Title: Business Development Manager – Wellness Solutions, Academy & Franchise

Job Summary

This is a key management role for a results-driven and organized professional who will lead the growth of three core business divisions.

You will drive our B2B Wellness Solutions by securing high-value consulting and management contracts with corporate and hospitality clients. For the Absolute Academy, you will oversee global operations and student recruitment for our premierinstructor training programs.

For our Lifestyle Pilates Franchise, you will manage the end-to-end sales process to expand our international network ofstudios.

This role requires a dynamic blend of strategic sales, program management, and operational expertise. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about the wellness industry and capable of managing these distinct yet interconnected divisions to achieve our global expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. B2B Wellness Solutions
  • Identify and secure new consulting and management contracts with corporate and hospitality partners.
  • Develop tailored wellness proposals and cultivate strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  1. Absolute Academy
  • Oversee program operations, including course scheduling, logistics, and student certification.
  • Drive student recruitment and manage the admissions pipeline from lead generation to enrollment.
  • Collaborate with Master Trainers to maintain curriculum quality and foster an engaged alumni community.
  1. Lifestyle Pilates Franchise
  • Manage the full franchise sales process, guiding qualified prospects from initial contact to signing.
  • Partner with marketing to build a robust lead pipeline in key target markets.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new franchisees in collaboration with internal teams.
  1. General Management & Strategy
  • Implement annual business plans and manage budgets for the Academy and Franchise divisions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports on KPIs and sales pipelines to leadership.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and process improvement.
  1. Coaching Fitness Classes (preferred)
  • It will be an advantage if the candidate is also fitness trained and is able to coach group fitness classes across our studios.
  • Conduct quality group classes in line with the guidelines given.
