Job Responsibilities:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services. This role works closely with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and external partners to coordinate operations, manage resources, and ensure seamless service delivery.
The Clinic Manager provides leadership to frontline staff, fosters a collaborative and patient-centric environment, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience, service quality, and overall operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently
- Ensure a seamless patient journey across all touchpoints within the clinic
- Plan and optimise resource allocation, including manpower, scheduling, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and external stakeholders to ensure integrated service delivery
- Monitor, track, and report clinic performance metrics accurately
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, compliance, and operational outcomes
- Staff Leadership and Management
- Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
- Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure accountability among frontline staff
- Coach, mentor, and support staff through regular feedback and professional development opportunities
- Drive staff engagement and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Patient Experience and Service Excellence
- Manage patient feedback and handle complaints in a prompt, professional, and effective manner
- Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall service experience
- Promote a patient-centric culture across the clinic
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Experience in operations, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
