Beauty Business Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of the all business and clients and responsible for the revenue of the company
• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and treatments.
• Perform a variety of beauty services, including facials, skincare treatments, makeup application, and other aesthetic services as required.
• Maintain a high level of service and professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell beauty products and services to meet sales targets.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met in the treatment areas.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Has experience in meeting sales quota for beauty related business
• Prior experience as a beauty consultant, beautician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for beauty and customer care.
• Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours from 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
• Relevant beauty certification is a plus.
