We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team! If you love art, creativity, and helping customers bring their designs to life, this is the perfect role for you. At Yutopia, we offer a fun and dynamic work environment where customers can print their unique designs on our merchandise.
As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, assisting shoppers with their purchases and ensuring high-quality printing of their customized artwork on our products.
Responsibilities
✅ Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude✅ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
✅ Print customer-designed artwork onto merchandise (Training provided!)
✅ Operate the cash register, process payments, and manage transactions accurately
✅ Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Requirements
✔️ Retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)✔️ Excellent communication and people skills
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Basic computer skills for operating POS systems
✔️ Flexibility to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
