Application Support Analyst (L1/L2, Core Banking) - Bukit Merah

• Provide L1/L2 Application support to end-users
• Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures
• Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
• Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
• Maintain knowledge articles.
• Assist on DR, BCP exercise and patching cycles

• At least 5 years of experience in Banking industry as an IT Production L1/L2 support
• Good knowledge and experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
• Good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
• Knowledge and experience in supporting Olympic banking system is a strong plus
• Basic AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
• Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
