Education Consultant - Bukit Merah

Job Summary:

You will play a critical role in guiding students toward their goals, ensuring a personalized, supportive, and results-driven consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand academic needs, goals, and preferences.
• Provide tailored recommendations for schools, universities, and academic programs (e.g., IGCSE, IB, A-Levels, AP, university prep).
• Assist students with application processes, including school selection, admissions strategy, personal statements, and interview preparation.
• Track application timelines and ensure submission of all required documents.
• Stay up-to-date on international education trends, admission requirements, and visa policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and partner institutions.
• Collaborate with internal academic staff, tutors, and management to develop comprehensive education plans.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops as a representative of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education consulting, admissions advising, or academic counseling.
• Strong knowledge of international curricula and global education systems (especially UK, US, Singapore, or Australia).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple applications and deadlines.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in another language is a strong advantage.
