We Are Hiring | Director-Level Positions – Hyperscale Data Center

Location: Singapore

We are a fast-growing hyperscale data center company expanding aggressively across Southeast Asia. We are currently seeking experienced and visionary leaders to join our executive team in the following Director-level roles:

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

MARKETING DIRECTOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Lead brand strategy, demand generation, and market positioning across SEA. Drive integrated B2B marketing campaigns targeting enterprise, cloud, and government clients.

Requirements:

12+ years B2B marketing experience, 5+ years in senior leadership
Background in technology, data center, cloud, or telco industry
SEA regional marketing experience
Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage

LEGAL DIRECTOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Serve as principal legal advisor covering commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, data protection, and corporate governance across multiple SEA jurisdictions.

Requirements:

LLB or equivalent; admitted to the Bar in Singapore or relevant jurisdiction
12+ years post-qualification experience, 5+ years in senior in-house legal role
Experience in infrastructure, technology, or real estate sectors
Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Drive financial strategy, capital raising, investor relations, and corporate finance to support hyperscale data center expansion across Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

15+ years finance experience, 5+ years as CFO or Deputy CFO
Strong background in infrastructure, project finance, or capital markets
Experience with Chinese investors or MNCs preferred
CFA/CPA qualification preferred; Chinese proficiency highly preferred

DIRECTOR, OVERSEAS FINANCING

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Lead international capital raising and offshore fundraising initiatives to support large-scale data center development across Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

12+ years in investment banking, project finance, or corporate finance
Proven track record in offshore fundraising and cross-border financing transactions
Strong network with global financial institutions, funds, and investors in Asia and the Middle East
Experience with Chinese enterprises or state-owned entities is a strong advantage
MBA or CFA preferred; Chinese proficiency is highly preferred
