About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and high-performing Vice President of Sales to lead our global or regional sales organization for our advanced cybersecurity software solutions. As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy to drive significant revenue growth.
You will lead both direct and indirect sales teams (including Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Inside Sales), build high-performing sales organizations, and partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to accelerate market penetration in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

This is a leadership role that demands strategic thinking, proven quota attainment at scale, and the ability to sell complex enterprise cybersecurity solutions (endpoint security, XDR, cloud security, threat intelligence, etc.) to CISOs and executive buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the company’s sales strategy, including go-to-market plans for direct, channel, and strategic accounts to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Build and optimize sales processes, methodologies, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to strengthen and expand our partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, Distributors, and Telecom Operators).
  • Work closely with Marketing to align on demand generation, target account strategies, and joint campaigns.
  • Own the sales forecast and provide accurate visibility to the executive team and board on revenue projections.
  • Negotiate and close strategic enterprise deals while mentoring the team on complex sales cycles.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends in cybersecurity to refine sales strategies and differentiate our offerings.
  • Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms) to drive efficiency and results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer advisory boards, and executive-level meetings.
Job Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software industry, with at least 4–5 years in a VP Sales or equivalent senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven ability to scale sales organizations and consistently deliver or exceed multi-million-dollar revenue targets. Strong experience in both direct enterprise sales and channel/partner-led models.
  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity market, including current threat landscape, buyer personas (CISOs, CIOs), and popular solutions such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and retaining sales talent. Ability to inspire teams and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, sales methodologies and modern sales tech stack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for key customer meetings, partner events, and team leadership.
