Automotive Technician x10 (Entry Level)

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to assigned recovery, roadside assistance, and workshop service calls
• Provide on-site mechanical support and perform vehicle diagnosis at breakdown locations
• Conduct service and repair jobs in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, and complex diagnostic work where required
• Ensure safe, efficient, and professional recovery and repair operations at all times
• Operate recovery vehicles responsibly and handle all tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems properly
• Maintain proper care and safety of workshop tools, special equipment, and assigned vehicle
• Ensure high workmanship quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all repair and service tasks
• Provide clear communication and professional customer service during all assignments
• Complete service reports, repair documentation, and job records accurately and on time
• Maintain cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper housekeeping of work areas and vehicles
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations at all times
• Support workshop operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Automotive Technology, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, or recovery services is preferred
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (required to return vehicle to office daily)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and basic diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently in both workshop and field environments
• Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Familiarity with European car models is preferred
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided
