• Achieve or surpass retail store sales revenue and quality service targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Utilize CRM tools to track activities, leads, and follow-ups accurately
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
• Provides advice and recommendations in a professional and qualified manner
• Keep abreast of new products and liaise with product suppliers if/when required.
• Participate in roadshows and store events
• Manage all daily store operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Support the store with administrative tasks.
• Assist customers with inquiries, in person, over the phone, or on online platforms.
• Handle walk-in customers and in-coming calls.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma certificate holders
• Strong track records in achieving or surpassing retail sales targets.
• Good presentation and closing skills
• Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field
• Passionate in providing medical care services to end-user clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and able to empathize with clients.
• Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely.
• Work with professionalism and competency to ensure best customer service and outcome for clients
• Basic computer literacy - Outlook, Word, Excel, experience in CRM is a plus.
• On-the-job trainings will be provided to ensure proficiency, competence and professionalism.
• Only Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents need apply.
• Bilingual.
• Work Conditions
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
• Various locations at central Singapore.
