- Perform statutory and special audits (fieldwork, documentation of results)
- Prepare audited financial statements in accordance with SFRS
- Prepare tax computations in accordance with the Singapore Income Tax Act
- Assist to prepare an audit plan for an external audit
- Support Senior or Manager in audit planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting; prepare reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients
- Perform internal control reviews and special purpose auditing projects
- Effectively communicate any audit issues in a timely and organised manner
- Assist in completing any other assigned tasks
- Undertake specific stages of audit work under supervision by Audit Senior and Manager
- Assist to evaluate the audit evidence obtained and perform audit procedures to meet the objectives of external audit engagements
- Assist Seniors or Manager in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of audit for SMEs and listed entities
- Partial ACCA or degree holder.
- 1 to 2 years' relevant experience is preferred for audit associate
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy and working towards ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
