Project Manager – Structured Cabling / ELV System

Currently, we are inviting resumes for the following position:

• Manage and oversee Structured Cabling and ELV projects from planning to completion;
• Plan and control project budget, costing and resources to ensure projects are delivered within budget;
• Review drawings, specifications and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements;
• Coordinate technical requirements for Structured Cabling (Copper/Fibre), network cabinets and cable containment systems; familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, Public Address and Intercom systems will be an advantage;
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors for smooth project execution;
• Monitor project schedule, manpower and site progress to meet deadlines;
• Supervise installation works and ensure quality, safety and technical standards are met;
• Prepare and monitor project cost reports, variation orders (VO) and claims;
• Manage testing, commissioning, documentation, as-built drawings and project handover.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, Building Services or related field;
• Experience: 5–10 years in Structured Cabling, ELV or ICT projects; experience in commercial, residential, or data centre projects; familiar with network cabling certification and testing;
• Technical Knowledge: Structured Cabling standards (ISO/IEC), fibre and copper cabling, ELV system integration, Microsoft office applications and project management tools;
• Skills: Project coordination and leadership, stakeholder communication, technical drawing interpretation, problem-solving and decision-making;
• Preferred Certifications: Safety certifications (WSH/MOM) and 3rd party vendor certification.
