Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Creative Designer to join our in-house marketing and content team. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the Company — creating compelling assets that span digital, social, print, retail, and event experiences.

• Conceptualise and create visual communications for all marketing assets (including digital assets and print collaterals) that are aligned with the company’s identity and message
• Demonstrate quality control on brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance throughout all touchpoints (e.g. Social Media platforms, Website, eDM, in-hall screens, etc).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on timely project deliverables (work with Marketing team to conceptualise and provide creatives for marketing & brand campaigns within timeline; work with Events and Operations on internal events)
• Strong multi-project management from concept to completion, including liaising with print vendors and external resources to ensure optimal results in marketing collaterals
• Think creatively, stay relevant with current design trends and standards, and enhance existing / develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Video editing (e.g. for Reels, TikTok, IG stories)

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a design role (in-house, agency, or freelance)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and brand identity
• Experience in adapting design work for digital/social platforms and print formats
• Photography or video shooting/editing skills·Passion for sports, particularly badminton, is a plus
• Comfortable working on weekends for live coverage of events and tournament
