• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• Assisting with the implementation of legal and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Conducting legal research and providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of legal policies, processes and documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Providing general administrative support to the Legal team as required

1. A recently completed Bachelor's Degree above in Legal or a related field
2. Native speaker of English languages, capable of using Chinese as a working language.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
