Basic Salary: $2800 - $3500
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation (e.g., BL, permits, invoices).
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and overseas agents to arrange shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and update customers on delivery progress.
- Process billing and invoices accurately in accordance with shipment details.
- Ensure all operations comply with SOPs, regulations, and documentation requirements.
