Sales Support / Coordinator (ID: 699648)

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving overall sales goals.
• Manage customer care and sales support autonomously for assigned markets, including handling quotations and orders.
• Prepare and review quotations, ensuring proper margin controls and monitoring sales performance for dedicated accounts.
• Maintain and organize all databases and filing systems efficiently.
• Oversee order processing, including backorders, in collaboration with the relevant sales, procurement, and management teams.
• Relay all customer and market information promptly to supervisors.
• Generate sales-related evaluations and analyze market trends in coordination with the sales manager.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies in conjunction with the marketing department at headquarters.
• Support the sales manager and general manager with travel arrangements and market visits, either jointly or independently.
• Participate in projects, documenting results effectively.
• Train new sales coordinators on relevant processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all outlined duties as per the sales manual.
• Contribute actively to quality management initiatives and participate in training programs.
• Provide backup for shipping logistics, including necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP or Navision.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
