Service Watch Supervisor (Luxury Timepiece) - Bukit Merah

To oversee repair workflow, manage watchmaker, support the service center, ensure quality, improve processes, and assist with admin, tools, and diagnosis.

The Opportunity:

The Job:

• Lead and supervise the watchmaking team, providing training and performance reviews to maintain high craftsmanship standards.
• Ensure all repairs meet strict quality standards with final checks before delivery.
• Manage workflow by planning, allocating tasks, and tracking job progress to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with boutique and after-sales teams to resolve customer issues and ensure clear communication.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of tools and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safety protocols, and technical standards.
• Report workshop performance and coordinate with regional or HQ technical teams on complex cases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support ongoing technician training.

The Talent:

• Diploma or certification in watchmaking (e.g., WOSTEP) with 5-7 years hands-on experience in luxury watch brands.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a technical workshop.
• Strong expertise in mechanical and quartz watch movements, repairs, and quality control.
• Proven leadership and team management skills to maintain high craftsmanship standards.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales and after-sales teams.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about watchmaking excellence.
