We're Hiring: Junior Sous Chef
Join our passionate culinary team and bring your creativity to the table! We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help lead daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support kitchen team members in daily prep and service
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep meet our standards
- Assist in menu planning, staff training, and inventory control
- Step in for the Sous Chef as needed, including conducting briefings and meetings
- Maintain efficient kitchen operations within budget
What You Bring:
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership, time management, and culinary skills
- Work Schedule: Alternate 5 / 6-day work week
- Working Hours: Typically 10am–10pm or 11am–11pm
- Average Weekly Hours: Up to 60 hours
- Salary Range: Basic up $3,900, depending on experience + Overtime
- Working location: Orchard or Dempsey
