Our client is seeking a Interior Designer (Commercial office) to join their team!
About Our Client
Our client is a leading company in the design and architecture sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality interior design solutions for commercial spaces.
Other Information:
- Working Day: Monday-Friday
- Working Hour: 9am-6pm
- Working Location: Redhill
- Salary Range: $3,500-$4,000 + Quarterly Commission
- 14 Days Annual Leave, 13th Month Bonus (AWS)
- Must know how to use ID software to do 3D drawing, looking for candidate with Commercial Office ID exp
- Develop space planning: Create innovative and tailored design concepts that meet client needs.
- Specify materials: Choose the right materials, colour schemes, and finishes to enhance the project.
- Evaluate project costs: Assess materials and effects to ensure budget compliance.
- Liaise with stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress: Monitor and coordinate the project from start to finish.
- Education: Certification or Diploma Holders in Interior Design are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial office interior renovation.
- Independent work: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Software proficiency: Proficiency in SketchUp and other interior design software is required.
