Responsibilities:

• Perform setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment, particularly Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
• Conduct machine setup, module alignment, vision alignment/calibration, and system checkout.
• Document vision system improvements and create procedures for equipment assembly, inspection, and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and software teams to optimize system quality and performance.
• Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve technical and system-related issues.
• Provide technical support on vision systems to manufacturing engineers.
• Provide occasional on-site support both locally and internationally.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics/Electronics or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience as an Associate/Manufacturing Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with vision/optical inspection systems.
• Experience in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in semiconductor device manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with semiconductor optical inspection equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics and PC hardware systems.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge in mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems.
