Project Operations Assistant - Geylang

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Operations Assistant to support our manager and team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate project activities and ensure all project information is organised and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all project related documentation and ensure proper filing, version control and accessibility.
- Prepare, update and track project documents such as meeting minutes, shop drawings, material submittals, progress reports and handover files
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal department to ensure timely submission, approval and responses.
- Provide operational and administrative support to manager and team, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Monitor project schedules, procurement status, site progress and variation records.
- Handle professional correspondence, both written and verbal in a timely manner
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or fitout industry
- Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc)
- Meticulous, well organised and capable of multitasking under pressure
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to ensure project success.
- Familiarity with project workflows, documentation standards, and coordination procedures in fit out environments is an added advantage.
