Position: Retail Executive / Beauty Advisor / Cashier

• Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 + Commission + Incentives

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays
• Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and inventory management
• Support stock replenishment and backroom organization
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations
• Requirements:
• Minimum NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and proactive
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
