Working alongside our Payroll Team in the Human Resources Department, your duty is to manage Payroll Computations in an operations-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Timesheet checking and computations
- Odd clocking checking and computations
- General payroll computations
- Insurance administration
- Preparation of Final Settlement of exiting staffs at the end of contract or resignation.
- Generation of reports for management, finance, billing etc
- Manage work permit matters
- Tend to Billings & Claims matters.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll.
- Strong understanding of MOM Payroll Computation guidelines
- Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree holder in related fields.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail
- Strong excel and reporting skills
- Prior experience in TimeSoft is advantageous
- Singaporeans are welcomed to apply
