Main contact point for SFA and MUIS.

Appoint as Halal Team Leader.
Assist in guiding production team in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production areas.
Liaise with consultant to establish ISO 22000 for Halal Central Kitchen and Non-Halal Central Kitchen.
Amend factory layout, product list and process flow chart according to SFA conditions of licensing for food establishments.
Arrange for Internal calibration and verification of equipment.
Conduct food safety/quality training to staff.
Evaluate laboratory analysis and reports review to ensure food safety and quality aspects.
Involving in regulatory, statutory and customer’s audits and assist in follow up corrective/ preventive actions for customer’s complaints.
Liaise with suppliers and customers when necessary.

Requirements

Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience as QA / QC
Relevant experience in food manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
Understanding of / ISO22000 / Halal requirement is added advantage.
Positive working attitude with good adaptability
