HR Executive (Operations & Employee Relations)

Job Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business units to deliver day-to-day HR operational services
- Continuously enhance service delivery and progressively take on more complex HR matters with growing independence
- Engage actively with stakeholders and employees
- Support and manage employee relations matters, including conducting inquiries and liaising with site managers
- Work alongside HR leaders to ensure HR operations are aligned with company policies and employment regulations
- Contribute to improving employee experience by streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives
- Support the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programmes
- Assist in employee engagement and recruitment activities
- Prepare HR-related documentation and reports, including headcount, staff movement, and manpower cost tracking
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
- Degree in a relevant discipline; candidates with some HR-related exposure or internship experience are welcome to apply
- Keen interest in HR operations, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
