As an Assistant HR Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning initiatives within the healthcare organization.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and staff engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and organizational HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and retention.
- Assist in HR reporting, manpower analytics, and the resolution of employee issues to support operational excellence and quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
