Our client is seeking a Part-Time Senior Finance Reviewer to join their team!

• Policy Enhancement: Review and improve financial policies and procedures based on the company's operational workflow, ensuring best practices are implemented.
• Budget Oversight: Guide the execution of the company's annual budget plan in line with Board of Directors' resolutions, optimizing financial resource allocation.
• Financial Analysis: Review past financial records and prepare monthly analysis reports for the Chairman, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Technology Integration: Provide guidance on the development and implementation of financial software applications, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Tax Strategy: Plan and manage the company's annual tax strategy, optimizing financial performance while ensuring compliance.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external accounting firms during annual financial audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Expense Management: Review and inspect all company expenses, accounts receivable, and payable, maintaining financial integrity and cost control.
• Transaction Verification: Review and verify company bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and security of financial operations.
• Customer Account Analysis: Review and analyze customer account balances and transactions, providing insights for improved customer relationships and risk management.
• Team Support: Provide temporary cover for finance team members during their leave of absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with CPA/ACCA certification preferred. This foundation will equip you with the necessary knowledge to excel in this role.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role. Your experience will be valuable in guiding financial strategies and mentoring team members.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles, essential for ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, crucial for interpreting financial data and providing strategic insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, enabling efficient financial management and reporting.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, essential for balancing multiple responsibilities in this part-time role.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, important for collaborating with team members and presenting financial information to stakeholders.
