HR Executive - Sengkang

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful HR Executive to join our team. The role will encompass the full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will act as the first point of contact for staff on hiring and disciplinary matters, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a fair, efficient, and supportive HR environment.

• Manage the full spectrum of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to handle staff disciplinary matters in an amicable and constructive manner.
• Attend weekly functional operations meetings to address HR-related queries and provide updates.
• Administer Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims and follow-up actions.
• Oversee work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare and issue HR documentation such as staff confirmation letters, warning letters, termination letters, and dismissal letters.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all staff disciplinary and hiring-related matters.
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.

• A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to both recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage sensitive issues professionally.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
