Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of design industry and agency experience; more years of experience will be considered as Art Director role
- Experience in branding, brand architecture, brand touchpoint execution, conceptualising brand campaigns and producing engaging, inspiring design assets, print and digital inclusive
- Ability to develop new design and adapt within brand guidelines, marketing and production requirements, as well as creating guidelines
- Familiar with production knowledge such as doing final artwork (FA), mock-up, and print supervision
- Knowledge in using AI, motion graphic design, video storyboarding, shooting/editing, web programming is a bonus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other SaaS
- Keen business sense to be able to think from the client's perspective, beyond design basics
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines
- Work proactively under own initiative / independently and as part of the design team
- Complete timesheets
- Take responsibility for continued professional development
