Procurement Manager / Executive

A leading integrated environmental services provider in Singapore is seeking a proactive and driven Procurement Manager / Executive to support operational excellence and drive transformation through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection
- Identify, evaluate, and source advanced equipment, automation solutions, and smart technologies to enhance productivity and reduce reliance on manual labour
- Support initiatives to address challenges of an ageing workforce through mechanisation and digitalisation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including equipment suppliers and technology providers
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
- Drive cost optimisation while balancing quality, sustainability, and innovation
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports on purchasing trends, cost savings, and supplier performance
- Support tender submissions and contract management
- Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience (Manager role requires more experience)
- Exposure to equipment sourcing, automation, or technology procurement is highly advantageous
- Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or related industries is a plus
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with procurement systems/ERP is an added advantage
- Forward-thinking mindset with interest in innovation and digitalisation
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of integrity and accountability

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
