We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Food Processing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food production area. The role involves ensuring product quality, maintaining accurate documentation, managing production schedules, and upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control checks on food products
• Handle production paperwork and records accurately
• Plan and manage daily production schedules
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the processing area
• Support and train staff in food safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food processing
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Hygiene certification is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
