Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure Document Intelligence.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance response accuracy and reduce latency.
• Implement and monitor LLMOps using tools like LangChain, GuardRails, DeepEval, and Function Calling.
• Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies and implement fine-tuned conversational agents and chatbots.
• Process and manage multi-modal inputs (PDF, DOCX, CSV) for AI-powered information retrieval and dialogue systems.
• Build scalable backend components and REST APIs using Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and visualization using SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and other tools.
• Utilize Airflow, Git, Jupyter, and BigQuery for workflow automation and large-scale model inference.
• Fine-tune transformer-based NLP models for applications like sentiment analysis, classification, and entity recognition.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver production-ready AI features and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• If required, must be able to work on weekend or public holidays for deployment to production server and cut over activities
• 10 years of overall engineering experience with at least 7 years in Artificial Intelligence(AI)/Machine learning (ML) development.
• Proven experience in Generative AI application development and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) platforms (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Huggingface, Stability AI).
• Proficiency in Python and exposure to Java and JavaScript for full-stack development.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience building and evaluating chatbots, automated search systems, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, data protection, and model governance is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
