Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 to monitor progress and assess time and cost claims.
• Create comprehensive contract programs, including high-level summary schedules for client presentations.
• Analyze contract conditions to identify risks, discrepancies, and propose strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor construction progress, identify delay events, and evaluate their impacts on the project timeline.
• Assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and present findings to clients.
• Compile progress reports, conduct audits, and create visual progress trackers and health checks.
• Draft detailed commissioning schedules and recovery programs while summarizing key strategies.
• Establish baseline schedules incorporating resource and cost loading.
• Advise on matters related to post-contract claims, disputes, and litigation concerning programming.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working on construction projects.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Primavera software.
• Strong team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Solid understanding of work execution regarding methodologies, timelines, and productivity.
