About Navar Pte Ltd:

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our passionate team.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and research potential clients and market opportunities within the Singapore construction sector.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and tender submissions in collaboration with the operations and estimating teams.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and government regulations.
• Represent Navar Pte Ltd at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Construction), or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 4 years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction or related industry in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore construction market and its key players.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
